Changed your mind? Prefer another colour? No problem. We offer free returns and exchanges on eligible full-price purchases within Australia.

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, you can choose a refund instead.

For eligible returns, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shopping from outside Australia? You're welcome to return or exchange eligible full-price items within 30 days of purchase.

The same item condition requirements apply, with a few differences:

• Return postage is at your expense, including returns for a change of mind or an incorrect size.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you're responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
• For exchanges, you'll also need to cover the cost of shipping your replacement item internationally.
• Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges associated with a return or exchange are your responsibility.

This section applies to standard returns and exchanges. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are handled separately.

To qualify for a standard return or exchange:

• Your item must have been purchased directly from Muze Women.
• Your request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Trying it on at home? Absolutely. Taking it for a cheeky spin before returning it? Not so much.

Sale and discounted items: 

• We don't offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
• These conditions don't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws.

• Once we give your returned item(s) the thumbs up, we'll swiftly process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Once the return is confirmed, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We've kept the process simple.

Step 1. Log into your account

• Visit your Muze account and select the order and item you'd like to return or exchange.

Step 2. Submit your request

• Follow the prompts to request a return or exchange.

Step 3. Wait for approval

• Once approved, we'll send you instructions. Australian customers with eligible returns will receive a prepaid shipping label. International customers will receive return shipping details.

Step 4. Pack it up

• Securely package your item, preferably in its original packaging, and include any information requested in your return instructions.

Step 5. Send it back

• Australian customers can use the provided Australia Post label. International customers should arrange and pay for tracked return shipping.

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

Once we've received and approved your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

A few things to know:

• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
• International return shipping, customs duties and taxes are not refunded by Muze for change-of-mind returns.
• Exchanges depend on available stock.

Where required by consumer law, we'll also refund applicable delivery costs and cover reasonable return costs.

• We put a lot of thought into our kit, but occasionally something doesn't go to plan.
• If you believe your Muze item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and a few photos if possible.
• We'll assess the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
• Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of our standard 30-day returns window or whether an item was purchased on sale.
• International customers also retain any applicable statutory consumer rights.

Good kit deserves a long life.

• We're big believers in wearing things for longer, not replacing them at the first sign of trouble.
• If your Muze kit needs a little TLC, get in touch with a description of the issue and a photo or two.
• We'll take a look and let you know what repair options might be available, along with any associated costs.
• Not every repair is possible, but we'll do our best to find a sensible solution. Because extending the life of your kit is better for your wallet and the planet.
