If the item you bought isn’t quite right, no problem, we’ve got your back with our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy provided the following conditions are satisfied:
Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted on full sale items purchased directly from Muze Women.
  • Please initiate your return within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges for different sizes or colours are subject to availability.
  • We work hard to ensure all our products are beautifully made to the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us.
  • Please note that returns on sale or discounted items are not accepted unless faulty.

Return and Exchanges Process:

  1. Log into your account: Log into to your account and pick the product you would like to return or exchange
  2. Kick off the Return: Follow the prompts to return or exchange your items. If you need any assistance, please click here to contact our support team.
  3. Return Authorisation: Once we give your return request the green light, we'll provide you with a free shipping label, along with detailed instructions to guide you through the return process.
  4. Packaging and Shipping: When preparing your return package, make sure to lovingly pack the item(s) in their original packaging or an equally suitable alternative. Stick the label we provided on the outside of the package. 
  5. Return Shipment: Pop the package into a mailbox or drop it in to Australia Post.
  6. Tracking and Confirmation: To put your mind at ease, we recommend getting a tracking number for your return shipment. Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will carefully inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. We'll notify you via email once your return is processed.

Refunds:

  • Once we give your returned item(s) the thumbs up, we'll swiftly process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Once the return is confirmed, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions:

  • Please keep in mind that shipping fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • We kindly ask that you take responsibility for any damage or loss of the item(s) during return shipping.
