Muze Returns, Exchange, Refunds & Repair Policy

Hey there. Thanks for buying a Muze Women item

  • We know what a pain it is when you just don’t choose the right size, so we have a nifty SIZE GUARANTEE. This is where we exchange sizes (and colours) if they aren't quite right on full price items bought directly from Muze Women.
  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original condition. In other words: you can’t take it out for a joy ride, secretly wash it and then exchange it. But nice try. Also, all the tags and packaging must be intact. Please and thank you. 
  • We’ll do our best to accommodate you with an exchange, based on what we’ve got in stock, if not, you are welcome to return it.
  • We accept returns on full price items bought directly from Muze Women. 
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. 
  • The item must be in its original condition. In other words: you can’t wear it to the coffee shop, secretly wash it and then return it. But nice try. Also, all the tags and packaging must be intact. Please and thank you. 
  • We work hard to ensure our products meet our impossible standards. But, no one’s perfect all the time. So, if you’ve got an issue with a faulty or damaged item, let us know.
  • Sadly, we don’t accept returns on sales or discounted items, unless they’re faulty. 

Return and Exchanges Process:

  1. Log into your account: Log into to your account and pick the product you would like to return or exchange
  2. Kick off the Return: Follow the prompts to return or exchange your items. If you need any assistance, please click here to contact our support team.
  3. Return or Exchange Authorisation: Once we give your return or exchange request the green light, we'll provide you with a free shipping label, along with detailed instructions to guide you through the return and exchange process.
  4. Packaging and Shipping: When preparing your return package, make sure to lovingly pack the item(s) in their original packaging or an equally suitable alternative. Stick the label we provided on the outside of the package. 
  5. Return Shipment: Pop the package into a mailbox or drop it in to Australia Post.
  6. Tracking and Confirmation: To put your mind at ease, we recommend getting a tracking number for your return shipment. Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will carefully inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. And ping you to let you know we’re sending out your new garment or processing your return.

Refunds:

  • Once we give your returned item(s) the thumbs up, we'll swiftly process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Once the return is confirmed, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions:

  • Please keep in mind that shipping fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • We kindly ask that you take responsibility for any damage or loss of the item(s) during return shipping.
