Fit Guarantee

• Our Fit Guarantee provides eligible customers with a free size exchange within 30 days, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Repairs Policy.

Faulty products

• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

• We love seeing Muze out in the wild.
• If you submit a review, testimonial or other content directly to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and share that content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable laws and any permissions required.
• We won't assume that tagging Muze on social media automatically gives us permission to use your photographs or videos in advertising.
• You retain ownership of your original content.
