Muze Shipping Policy

We know you’ll be jumping up and down like a jacked-up Labradoodle until your Muze gear arrives. So, we’ll do our best to get your goodies to you before you-know-who gets home and eyeballs you with that “Really? More cycling kit!” look.

Dispatch time
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Just so we're clear, dispatch is when your order leaves us, not when it arrives at your door.

Order Tracking
  • Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
  • Tracking updates can sometimes take a little time to appear, particularly for international orders. Don't panic if your parcel hasn't moved immediately.
Shipping Delays
  • We do our best to get your gear to you as quickly as possible, but occasionally things beyond our control can slow delivery. Think postal disruptions, extreme weather, public holidays or customs delays.
  • If your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch and we'll help you track it down.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. A wrong postcode or missing apartment number can send your gear on an unintended adventure.
  • If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
  • We can't guarantee address changes once an order has shipped. Additional delivery or return-to-sender charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details may be passed on to the customer.
Order Cancellations & Changes
  • Changed your mind or need to update your order? Get in touch as soon as possible.
  • We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched. Once it's on its way, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
  • For orders already dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

That's It.

We know it’s a lot, but it’s important we cover all bases (and let’s be honest, our butts). So, a big thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any other questions, or just a bone to pick, our inbox is always open here.

OK, you can get back to planning tomorrow’s ride now.

Happy riding! Don’t forget to unclip.
