- We’ve made it our mission to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them, Monday to Friday. Don't stress if you place an order on the weekend or a public holiday - we'll process it the next business day.

There’s a flat rate of AUD 35 on all international orders.
- As soon as your order’s dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. That way, you’ll know if your package has gone rogue and is heading for Kazakhstan.
- In rare cases, tracking information might not be available in real time, but don't worry, your order’s still on its way…to Kazakhstan 😉
- While we’ll work our chamois off to ensure your orders reach you on time, unforeseen circumstances and factors beyond our control may cause the odd delay.
